Services Provided

Umrah Taxi Transport provides chauffeured transportation services in Saudi Arabia, including airport transfers, Umrah and Hajj transport, and intercity travel, booked via phone, WhatsApp, or this website.

Bookings & Payment

Bookings are confirmed once accepted by our team via phone, WhatsApp or the website. Final fares depend on vehicle class, distance, waiting time and season.

Cancellations

Free cancellation up to 6 hours before scheduled pickup. Cancellations within 6 hours may incur a dispatch fee.

Passenger Conduct

Passengers are expected to treat drivers and vehicles with respect. We reserve the right to refuse service in cases of abusive behaviour or safety concerns.

Liability

We maintain full insurance on all vehicles. Passengers are responsible for personal belongings during transit. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as traffic, weather, or events during peak Umrah/Hajj periods.

Customer Reviews
